Hi Laura I see that you have Kinch. Any relation to Kinch Bros. in Walton, Del. Co. NY? Believe our Joshua Cross, who married Mary Knapp, was the youngest son of Joseph and Sarah Saunders Cross out of Westerly, RI. No proof of this, however. My Cross' were all over Greene County, my branch going to Knox Co., NE, and my grandfather, on to Montana. Carole Truesdale was one of the many Cross' in NY that are part of my family. Joshua and Mary had George, Joseph, Benjamin, John, Joshua, Stephen, Ruth (Nehemiah Foster) and Sarah who married Jacoby. A lot of George's family is still in and around Greene Co. Collateral families, Keator, Faulkner, Kinch, Peck, Knapp, Shaver, St.John, Pettit, Ferris, Finkle, Ingram/Ingraham, VanDorn, Richards just to name a few. Would be glad to share any info I have. Edyth married a Rundle and Abigial married a Sherwood. > Besides this family I have about a gazillion other Crosses that have "Crossed the path" of my family both long ago and more recently. Some of these I would like to continue on down and back in time a bit. Maybe we could converse on some of them. Cindy, Yes, the Kinch Brothers in Walton were all part of my family, coming down through William and Ruth Peck Kinch, Nathan Kinch and different wives for different children, Heth and Edith Catherine Finkle, Nathan J. and Martha Rush, Irving and Susie Kinch. Heth was my gg-grandfather. Can I help you with any of this? Let me know.
