I have a friend who has a Curtis Genealogy. She passed along the following : Ezekiel Curtis married Electa Lord a school teacher born 1790, Dec 3rd at E Haddam CT. Ezekiel was a sea captain in Bridgeport CT. He removed to Clinton, Oneida Co. NY in 1808 where he died Nov 29, 1840. She died 1873. He was married to Anne Wooster first. Theodore Curtis born Jan 24, 1843 New Haven, Oswego Co NY married 1866 Roda Jennett Smith, daughter of Wm H and Fanny Lord Smith of New Haven NY. A letter of 1907 from John Lord Curtis born 1848 a single man of Charlestown MA stated that his father was Patrick Boies Curtis born Nov 28 1815 Granville MA. He died Nov 15 1886 at Boston MA. He married in Charlestown MA Caroline Louisa Lord, she was born June 25 1827 and died Apr 25, 1853 in NY. John Lord Curtis states that the mother of Patrick Boies Curtis was a Wadsworth and that he didn't know her husband's given name. Maybe these bits will help someone. Jackie
