    3. Sylvia - did I not give you Walter Smith's records of that cemetery ? If not, I apologize. I have heard that when the road was put in, the graves were not moved and there are more under the roadway. I certainly have no proof of that, and I think we would get in trouble digging up a road. But it is a sad thought.     3. Yes, I did get those records from you and they are posted to the website (thanks so much!!!) As these records were done over 40 years ago, I am trying to find all these old cemeteries, take a photo of them and retranscribe them. In this case I couldn't find the hand written stone that was there 40 years ago. And it took some time to find the broken stone for another buried under the vegetation.
