Martha, I see that George and Lydia had a son named Miles. I wonder if he is the same Miles Hotchkiss who bought the other half of property that an Ira Hues purchased in Chatauqua Co NY in Apr 1817? If so, this may be the link I've been searching for, connecting my Tyler/Hues to Hotchkiss. Do you have anything else on Miles? Did he remove to Chatauqua County NY? Do you have names of wife or children? My Ira Hues/Huse, whose mother was Abigail Tyler, was b. Durham NY 22 Feb 1796. I need to locate deeds for these land transactions, several of which appear to involve Durham residents ca 1817-1819. Thanks very much!
