Kendall, Mr. Ogden Whitcomb of Jewett, and Miss Melissa Johnson of Lexington. At the same time and place, Mr. Parley W. Angle, of Shandaken, Ulster Co., [and] Miss Augusta H. Whitcomb, of Jewett. >Pat, I was curious to know if there is a way to check for a marriage announcement in the Windham Journal. The marriage took place in Windham Centre Sept. 8, 1868, and the couple was Parley Angle, of Shandaken (born in Lexington), and Augusta Whitcomb of Jewett. Augusta's brother Ogden Whitcomb married Melissa Johnson on the same day, and the couples served as witnesses for each others ceremonies. Thank you, Bill Smith
