The 29th Annual Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2005, from 10 AM to 4 PM in the Village of Athens. Tickets for the tour may be purchased at the tour headquarters (location to be announced at a later date) at a cost of $20. Advance sales for members of the Greene County Historical Society are $15. Box lunches consisting of a sandwich, chips, relish, fruit, mustard, mayonnaise, dessert, mint, napkin, wipe and paper towel will be available for $5 while the supply lasts. Athens will be celebrating their 200th anniversary that weekend and a parade will be part of the festivities.
