Sylvia, You transcribed the "Officers, Soldiers and Seamen..." list where I found Eli and wife Sarah Haines, and Pat Morrow tromped through the woods to transcribe Eli's grave, so who did all the hard work? All I did was put the pieces together that others found. I am also excited as I've been looking for Abi Brandow's father for years. She was married to Charles Ingalls, who's mother was Sally Benjamin. Charles was 5th cousins 2 times removed to Laura Ingalls from "Little House on the Prairie" fame.
