Many of the listings are online at _http://www.hopefarm.com/ulcemety.htm_ (http://www.hopefarm.com/ulcemety.htm) The above named link has inventories of many of the Ulster County cemeteries, but many of those inventories were done in 1930. Although the cemeteries are old, many new graves have been added since the 1930 inventory, including occupants originally buried under what is now the Ashokan Reservoir. I found the tombstone of ancestors who died in 1904 while walking through the Hudler Cemetery. They were not listed in the 1930 inventory. Additionally, there is a small WINNE family cemetery in the woods next to what is now a wayside rest north of the town of Boiceville, about half a mile north of the intersection of State Road 28 and Winne Road. That cemetery isn't even on the map, let alone in a book or online. There are probably many more like that. The Ulster County Genealogical Society is a fabulous resource. It has a website, but with very little searchable info online. (_www.ucgsny.org)_ (http://www.ucgsny.org)) Nevertheless, I can heartily recommend contacting that organization. Florence Prehn, its librarian, was an invaluable resource when we started searching for Jones and Winne ancestors. She is a veritable encyclopedia of Ulster County genealogy!
