    3. Same one, except that Frank Doherty suggests that Richard is actually the son of Nehemiah Avery b. ca 1710 and Dorcas Fredericks from Dutchess County. Nehemiah and a Richard Every/Avery are taxed in the town of Northeast (Nehemiah 1770, 1778-1779, Richard 1766-1779) There is also a John Every, taxed in Nine Partners (1770-1775, 1768-1769) in Rombout (1747, 1748, 1753-1763, 1765-1769) in Beekman (1745-1760), and the Southern Precinct (1765, 1767) Likely these families are all interconnected, however who belongs to who? There is a will for a John Every, will written 4.3.1789, probated in Dutchess Co 12.07.1791. Heirs: Wife Margaret, Daughters Mary Wiley, Sarah Cronk, Rebecca Wiley, Leah Foster, Anne Fantine, Elizabeth North and Margaret Banker, no sons mentioned, 2 grandsons, Robert Every and Richard Every.
