Robert, it is not that I am reluctant to add William to the Civil War muster rolls, it is just that the Tracing your Roots in Greene County website is a collection of source documents of and about Greene County people. I cannot change these original documents to include William, as much as I understand your desire to do so. I encourage you to write an article on William, and I would be happy to include this on the website.
