My family of HOWE / SACKET(T) married into these lines, BARR, DINGMAN, TURNER, BARBER, NEWKIRK, UPHAM, in Elba. For most of them I ONLY have the Surnames and nothing else about them. Where can I find the marriage, death or birth of these families. I have checked th cemetery listings and do not find most of the names. I do have the BARBER connection.
