Unfortunately I don't have a surname for Victoria. It has been said that she is half Native from the St Regis tribe but my grandmother remembers visiting relatives in Montreal. I have no idea when Napolean moved to NY or where his parents lived. I found him on the census as Napoline Devarney as a 22 year old boarder in Clinton County, NY.
