I just looked to see if St. Pat's was listed. All of the cemetery listing I've used are actual headstone transcription and didn't know that some of the info is church listings. I'm planning a trip next summer to Franklin County (from AZ)and if you haven't gotten help by then I'd be glad to take the photos for you. I know it's a year from now and you probably don't want to wait that long (I always want info NOW) but if you still need the photos email me in April and I'll do it for you. 1. [NYFRANKL] Still Seek St Patrick's Cem. transcriptions, Chateaugay, NY
    2. John JSPS
    3. Hello: The Chateaugay Historical Society at the Library in Chateaugay has transcriptions of the tombstones at St. Pat's. I found more information than is available on the website. I did discover where my ancestors came from in Ireland. As well, they do have a map schematic of where everyone is buried. Everyone [and I do mean everyone in Franklin County] there was extremely helpful during my visit this year. They also have a reasonable fee for service for lookups. I accomplished so much more than I anticipated because the people of Franklin County went out of their way to be helpful. I think that you could contact the Head Librarian there: Eileen Clar (chatmeml-at- northnet.org) for more information. Also, if you are looking for information from St. Patrick's Church, you may want to contact them before you expect to be there as one needs some permissions from the priest there to get access to the church records. I only have the mailing address: PO Box 908, 132 West Main Street, Chateaugay, New York 12920, U.S.A. I do have some general pictures of St. Patrick's Cemetery at Chateaugay and some with the Montgomery's in the foreground, if anyone would like them. Please contact me off list.
