Main St., PO Box 547, Malone, NY 12953 (518)483-1300, mcp@twcny.rr.com, ask for an archival search of baptisms and ask specifically for Lafave, Lefave and Lefebvre and give the years 1907-1910. Tell the whole story to the best of your ability and they may be able to piece it together. Perhaps at that time, the baptism might have taken place at St. Patrick's or another church outside of Malone. At least they can direct you further if they don't have the information. Last I knew, an archival search was $50. PS, I might be a relative, don't know. My great great grandparents were Anignor Lefebvre (Lafave) and Mathilda Fellion.
