On the back of one photo it says "The LaFave family". On the back of the second photo which has a group of 5 girls together, most likely sisters, nothing is written to identify who they are. Two of the sisters look like they are in both photos, but I could be wrong. From old family letters, I was able to discern that my paternal grandmother, Ida LaFave, was from Franklin County. She had a brother, uncle or father named Nelson. I also have copies of the death certificates for Anignor Lafave and Mathilda Fellion who were possibly Ida's parents or grandparents. I also have a letter from Ida's husband (my grandfather) that said the original spelling of Lafave was "Lefebvre". Can anybody put names to the people in these photos?
