Hi! I am trying to locate Pardon Bell, b. abt. 1848, in St. Lawrence County, New York. He moved to Franklin County, New York after the murder of his second wife, Belle Compo Bell, in 1897. Apparently he remarried and is buried in Mooers, New York, along side his sister, Lydia Ann Bell. Lydia Ann Bell was of "unsound mind" and her brother Pardon Bell took care of her after the death of her father in 1883. Pardon Bell also had a son named Winfred Bell, who was described as deaf and dumb, and attended a school in Malone. He married in lived in Franklin County, New York, working in a paper factory. Hopefully someone will recognize this family, or perhaps someone could tell me what cemetery they may be buried in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Debbie [email protected]
