Hi List, I can give a few suggestions on finding cemeteries in Franklin County. 1. A place to start would be the following USGS Mapping Information Site at: http://mapping.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html Insert New York, Franklin County, and then Cemetery for the Feature Type and then send the query. That should get you a rather long list. 2. There is a book at various libraries that lists all of the Cemeteries in the United States by State and Town. I do not recall the name, but it would be in Reference or Genealogy. 3. Last year I wrote to the Hillside Rest and the Elmwood Cemeteries and got my letters returned.
