I'm seeking information on any HARLOW families that may have lived in Franklin County in the 1800s. I recently came across a picture on which was written "Abby Harlow." I believe Abby is the daughter of Mary Mitchell who was born in 1833 and grew up in Franklin County. Any help is very much appreciated. Virginia
