Good morning all, I received my 4th Grandfather's will dated 1862. He lived in Chateaugay, Franklin Co., NY. Following is an excerpt. Second I give and devise to my son Luther H Smith his heirs and assigns all that certain Peace (sic) or parcel of land situated lying and being in the town of Chateaugay county of Franklin in the state of NY being part of lot No fifty five of township No seven of the old Military Trust..........
