Alex, I believe that Massena is in St Lawrence Co and Hogansburg is in Franklin Co. For St Lawrence Co info go to this site http://www.rootsweb.com/~nystlawr/stlawlds.htm You will see all the LDS film numbers for each town in St Lawrence Co - not just census but church and cemeteries also. It will tell you that the 1900 census is on 3 films 1241156,157, and 158. You would need to know the ED # for your Massena family to know exactly which film to order. I do know that the 1900 Franklin Co census film is on 2 LDS films - 1,241,035 and 036 but I do not know which of those films has Hogansburg. Hope this helps a little.
