I'm researching PHELPS and MITCHELL and the following collateral lines in the time frame of about 1830 to 1860, primarily in Burke, Bellmont and Chateaugay: Armstrong Baker Buzzell Badger Emrick Harlow Leavens Muzzy Ostrander Reynolds Sims/Syme Smith Snow Stockwell Many of these families had connections in Vermont and Canada.
