I just got word that the New York Archives does not have either the Declaration of Intent or Naturalization Papers for Franklin Co.Does any one know if Franklin Co holds Naturalization papers ? If so, would I contact the County Clerk at Malone? Thanks for any direction. Joanne,Salem OR.
