There is a place called "Deer River Flow" located just south of Malone on Route 30, in the a town of Duane. Any vital records for this area would probably be located with the Duane Town Clerk or in the Courthouse at Malone. Malone is the County seat of Franklin County. It depends on the dates whether you'll have and luck finding records. Some of the smaller towns didn't have the best of record keeping and there are lots of holes in the records as the result of this. Carmon D.
