    3. Hi Rose, I doubt if it is a RootsWeb problem or if RootsWeb can help. Do you have virus protection program? This problem with HaHa was discussed at length on the GEN-NEWBIE mailing list on RootsWeb. You might go to the RootsWeb home page, click on Interactive Search under the Mailing Lists heading. Enter in GEN-NEWBIE and then search GEN-NEWBIE for references to viruses, snow white and haha. If you have problems with this, let me know and I'll try to find some of the info they provided. There are ways to block incoming mail from specific addresses. You difinitely need to do a virus scan of you entire computer (InoculateIT.com has a free virus protection program you might check out). Every time you get this after you've cleaned you 'puter up, just dump it UNOPENED into the trash and empty your trash. Hope this helps. Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like more info.
