I find 17 Joseph Wilson's in the NYS 1830 census index. Three are in the neighborhood you define (Ovid, Seneca Co; Waterloo, Seneca Co.; Volney Oswego Co). However, none of these have the family structure that you define. Sometimes people just don't show up in the census. Sorry.
