I didn't use the Administrivia I normally use when I want everyone's attention because this admonition is primarily to myself. I did NOT mean to make any of you think that the author of the Glenwood Cemetery book is in any way not willing to share the information. Evidently she has done lookups herself and has also spend a tremendous amount of time on this project. I greatly, greatly respect any author's wishes on their works. I did not realize the book was still in print when I made the offer nor did I realize that the author has been very actively sharing her work. I should have done more research in attempting to contact the author and to find out her feelings on this and on the availability of the book. Much of my family is buried in Glenwood Cemetery and this book has enabled me to find other names that I have been researching. It is a well put together, very well researched work - and that is the key - it is work done by the author. I imagine that any "profit" made from the book is far outweighed by the amount of work, research, time and personal expense that has gone into this book For those of you who are unable to purchase it, try your local library to see if they have purchased a copy. Again, my apologies to all involved and to the list in general. Diane Diane Lerch Kurtz [email protected] http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyseneca Listowner for NYFingerLakes-L, NYSENECA-L and LERCH-L
