Beecham (9-7/6) This appears in the Utica Daily Gazette on July 6, 1844. I did find an Elizabeth PLATT that married a Samuel RUSSELL. If your interested in that let me know. As far as any RUSSELL between 1830 and 1830 in Niagara County, I see none that I can say for sure came from Niagara. I'm not that familiar with the area.
