Hi, Could anybody in the web furnish information about my maternal grandfather, John E. Mulligan, propriatror of the Owego House in Cortland, NY ? He died about 1938, and is buried in the Catholic cemetery in Cortland, together with his second wife, Nelly. His first wife, Mary Ann(?) Clark Mulligan, d.1912, was my mother's mother.
