Jay, In Eastern NY I found this: 8856. TREAT, Joseph, Esp., 63(?), d 11/12/27 in East Hartford (state not given) (9-12/7) 8857. TREAT Rachel, 2dau of Richard, Esp of Albany, d 8/11/19 at the home of Hon. W. W. Van Ness in Claverack (buried in Albany) (6-8/17). In Central NY I found this: TREAT, H. H. of Palmyra m Addela Bosworth of Pennsylvania in Palmyra, NY (6-1/27/30) And in Western NY I found this: 9100, TREAT, Cornelius m 1/5/23 Amanda Skinner in Palmyra (5-1/22) And again TREAT, H. H. announcing same marriage but lists the marriage official as Rev. Henry Davis. Also appeared (5-1/22 and (3- 1/27) These are the only TREAT's that are listed in any of these books and there is no Phydelia Williams listed at all. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
