This information was discovered by reading their daughter's death certificate as follows: Name: Mrs. Mary Carpenter* Place of Death: Ausable Forks, NY Date of Death: May 7, 1912 Burial Place: North Jay Road Cemetery, Jay, NY Age: 81 years, 8 months, 28 days Birthplace: Keeseville, NY Father's Name: Almond Biglow Father's Birthplace: Port Douglas, NY Maiden Name of Mother: PROCTOR (1st name not given) * NOTE: Mary (Biglow) Carpenter married Bernard Carpenter. I would appreciate hearing from ANYONE with information relating to the PROCTOR Family Name, especially if they are from upstate New York.
