Memory of Rev. Henry SLATER, first Pastor of the Congregational Church in Jay who died 23 April 1831 in the 32nd year of his age. In his life and protracted sickness he exemplified the gospel which he preached and died in perfect peace and in full assurance of blessed immortality.
