Years ago when I was starting my research in Essex Co., I was told that there were some old records (I think they were church records) that had been sent somewhere and would be looked through and cataloged. I think they were being sent to the church headquarters. I know this isn't much to go on, but has anyone else heard of this and if they have been made available for research? I am researching the STRONG and JORDAN families in the area and I am at a brickwall. Colleen
