Keeseville (On Main St. From the Sanburn Maps in the 1950s, it looks to be curved on the ends, which is quite rare for diners) The diner one mile North of Ausable Chasm. And the Black Bear in Pottersville. I realize the last two are outside Essex, but they're on the border...
