My Great Grandparents were married Nov 7, 1910 in Ticonderoga. If I write to the Town Clerk of Ticonderoga would he have access to a copy of the marriage certificate, or would this date be one for the State of NY vital records? Is there a fee I should enclose? I have the addresses, I am just wondering about proper protocol. Thank you Amy
