Finally after a long time I have found the death date for CHRISTIANA HOLDEN nee BREW b 1809 Isle of Man who I had been looking for and posted a few emails re her death date to the list awhile back ..... Buffalo, NY 8/24/1884 per her son in law Samuel Pooley's living relatives but they don't seem to have much more. Where would I go to see if there was an obit? Would there even be one for that time period or just mention of her death? I guess what library would I be using to ask for this? Would be nice if Library is online.
