to start, i would contact the company direct and cc your attorney and someone within the govt of CANADA (in the USA i would have said YOUR states ATTORNEY as well as the WASHINGTON STATE states attorney...) and someone within british columbia ... since on the bottom of the web page is noted this: This site owned and maintained by Obits.ca Online Ltd, a Canadian Corporation snailmail in USA snailmail in Canada PO Box 679 792 Rossland Avenue Northport, WA, 99157 Trail, BC, V1R 3N3 better start gathering exhibits of their version as well as YOUR version at the exact same point in time... and be prepared for a fight.... you will have to be illustrating clearly how you cambe by the obits that you say are now on the iswebsite and how it is you KNOW that the infor was from YOUR web pate.... what you have below is not proof but rather your quick assessment of the situation.. you will have to be more of a documentatian to win your case... if you have dates of when you added something and then when it appeared on THEIR page then you will just have to do that.. i will comment that a surefire way is to creat a fictitious obit, not too unbelieveable tho which will ONLY and can ONLY appear on YOUR website.... and not anywhere else... the old data might not be something that you can recover from but this new FAKE named obit might prove that your website is being monitored and harvested.. whatever you do, be calm and clear and methodical and do not be inciteful....
