I was at the South Wales Cemetery today and took some pictures of the stone. The only other information on the stone are the dates for Sarah (1898-1998). There are flowers planted in front of the stone so I believe there must be family that are taking care of it. I found that you can find a copy of Sarah's death notice from the Buffalo News online. For free you can see the first few lines and for $1.95 you can see the whole notice.
