Hi Listers, Just joined to search for the SEIS (SEIZ) and KLEINDIENST families in Buffalo, Erie. I am interested in Henry KLEINDIENST, coroner for Rochester, Monroe, in the late 19th century-early 20th. His father was Jacob KLEINDIENST and his mother Magdalena ROHRER or ROHR, both from Bavaria. However, Henry had a step brother called Charles F. SEIZ or SEIS. When Henry's mother died she was recorded as Margaret SEIS KLEINDIENST and so I am wondering if Jacob was married twice or if Magdalena and Margaret are the same and was married to a SEIS before a KLEINDIENST. They have a connection with Buffalo, as Charles was born there and others died there. I would be interested in an information about either of these families. Looking forward to any replies.
