Hello all, I am trying to order an un-certified copy of a death cert. for my ancestor John Robinson who died between 1920 & 1930 In Buffalo, Erie Co. How would one go about doing this? I have searched several websites for phone numbers and addresses for the Vital Recs dept.or to contact a Genealogy Dept. to do the search for me, but am having no luck. In particular, Buffalo death records are locrted at: Vital Records Office Room 1310, City Hall Niagara Square Buffalo, NY 14202 716-851-5847 716-851-5848 They charge $10 for a copy. I don't know if it is more expensive if they have to do a search. When I stop in, I usually have a date of death. George
