and lo and behold.... doubled up links that happen when a sender sends out of msn with norton to ROOTSWEB ...any rootsweb list........ there is nothing that the sender can do.... not a thing... but the reader can... all that needs to be done is to look at the url and see the duplication and pick one... likely the one withint the < > and all will be good to go....
