Hi Ann, Thanks for looking. Maybe they weren't in Buffalo in 1860 - I don't know. As far as I'm aware Margaret had two children - Charles by her first husband - Mr. SEIS - and Libbie by Jacob in 1870. Not sure what happened to Libbie but no further record of her. In 1880 only Jacob, Magaret (Maggie) and Henry are recorded on the Rochester census, so I guess she died. I have been told that after Jacob's death in 1889, Margaret moved back to Buffalo where she was living with Charles in 1910 but I don't have any further details. When she died, she was taken back to Rochester and buried together with Jacob and Louisa (from Jacob's first marriage, I presume) in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Strangely enough SKS couldn't find Jacob KLEINDIENST on the 1860 Census neither. Thanks again. Oh, I didn't think to look under Maggie. No, didn't find her there either. Sorry. Don't feel bad, I'm having trouble finding some of mine too! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charles" <evans_gunther@ybb.ne.jp> To: <NYERIE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 7:58 PM Subject: Re: [NYERIE] 1860 Census look up, please > Hi Ann, > Thanks for looking. Hi Anne, The SEIS and KLEINDIENST families are no relation to me. I was looking for a mysterious possible relative - Fritz GUNTHER - in Rochester and came across Coroner Henry KLEINDIENST. He appeared almost daily in news items from 1888 till his death in 1917. I became fascinated with his career and so started studying. Got more information on him than Fritz, who remains a mystery. Many thanks for looking. I guess the family must around somewhere. Best wishes, Charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "Anne Kruszka" <gen.witch@gmail.com> To: <NYERIE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, March 04, 2005 10:08 AM Subject: Re: [NYERIE] 1860 Census look up, please > Oh, I didn't think to look under Maggie.
