That's what good friends are for. Our tradition was eating creamed salmon, english peas and rice on toast on Good Friday, no meat. We were Lutherans. One time my Mother hard boiled eggs with onion peel, but you have to use quite a bit to get different colors, Some on the bottom and some on top. I tried it one year but like my brothers we liked eggs dyed with Paas Dye. My Mother also made Easter bread which we had for breakfast Easter morning. Easter Monday used to be a big Holiday. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter and a wonderful spring. Think everyone will look forward to the warm weather so we can search for all our hidden relatives. Betty
