Chances are that it is in the Buffalo News, but may also be in a Tonawanda newspaper (if there is one). Herve ARBOUR died on 03 Oct 1987, while living in North Tonawanda. Shannon, The North Tonawanda Public Library is about a mile from my house. I can stop in and check the microfilm of the Tonawanda News for this obituary. There is a local attorney by the name of Joseph Arbour who lives in NT. Perhaps he's related? I probably won't be able to make it there until next week.
