    3. i do believe it is time to write to your library board members and if YOUR GUY at the library is just A GUY at the library, then it is time to take it up a notch..... or go to a library across the line where they will likely honor your valid card... what i hear here, is passive resistance to doing a minimal amount of work.... and it appears too that there is need of a more responsive library staff and maybe even a board.. you did remind him of just how much of your taxes are going to the library for exactly this benefit... to have a library, not work with interlibary loans - that is if it is a recognized library - makes me question their OFFICE status as a library... seems that if it is a township library that you are in need of a trip to THE TOP township supervisor and if you are a county library, to the countyGUY, and if you are a village dropping in on the Mr Mayor might be just enough to budge... course, ifin you arent to willing to go to these people perhaps merely the MENTION of such a trip in your future will LIGHT a STINKIN fire under YOUR GUY....
