    3. Yes, I believe the church cemetery that Barbara and Joseph Ailinger are buried in is in the Black Rock area in the north part of Buffalo. All I know is that the cemetery is connected with St. Francis and a relative told me the church was on River Road. I saw there was a St. Francis on Riverside and didn't know if that is what she meant instead. Who do I call for the burial records of St. Francis Xavier or where are these records on the Internet? I assume there is still snow on the ground in Buffalo and can't request photos be taken of these stones at this time. Thanks for your great help! Donna Hudson [email protected]

    3. St. Francis Xavier merged with Assumption Church. See http://www.buffalo.com/specialprojects/parishweb/NWB14.htm for info about the parish. I can only assume that the records of the parish including those of the Cemetery on Niagara Street, near Riverside Park, are now with Assumption.
