    3. I'm not a WNYGS member so I don't presume to speak for them. Chances are good that the desire to film is there but I imagine that the consent & cooperation of the Diocese is necessary. It is possible that some of these records have already been filmed. Here's a woefully outdated list of local church records of various denominations on film: http://members.tripod.com/%7Ewnyroots/index-church.html --- [email protected] wrote: > I understand that they downsizing the Catholic Church in > Buffalo , I have > written a email to WNYGS to ask if they had any efforts in > microfilming those > records of the closed/merged church's and i havent heard > anything as of yet , > so i was wondering if anyone heard thru the grapevine or is a > member of the > WNYGS if they had it on the HONEY TO DO LIST... ..Thanks again > Paul .. ..sorry > i almost forget .. its 60 & sunny in Atlanta Ga and my Daffy's > are blooming > > > > **************Ideas to please picky eaters. 3. Aren't most (if not all) of the records from the churches of the Buffalo Catholic Diocese already filmed by LDS? Microfilms for every church that I have looked for have been onsite at the FHC in Amherst, NY.
