I know this is off the subject but I have enjoyed the talk of food. I have not lived in New York State since 1940 and at that time my taste in food was more to baby food so it is interesting to read about it. I will try to make some of that candy. Enjoying it is fine, but the idea to start a subgroup: [email protected] would seem to be the best idea.
