Mary, Well, I still can't find my birth certificate. AND I'm a GENEALOGIST?!! I have everybody else's but mine. HOWEVER, I do have good news for you. As I mentioned, I'm sure Charles Long didn't sign my birth certificate but my grandfather was the man that was electrocuted at Bethlehem Steel Plant. His certificate was signed by Charles E. Long M.D. on Aug. 15, 1928 and where the address is suppose to be, he wrote: Dep. County Physician. So out of this whole discussion - a discovery was found!!! When you wrote that Charles E.
