Richard, When I was looking for my Ancestors that came from Buffalo New York, I found that Shirley from the RAOGK website was helpful. Here is what her description says: Will do look ups in NYS vital records index for births (1881-1934), marriages (1881-1959) and deaths (1881-1959). Must have approximate year. Not sure if she can help you, but I thought I'd offer the name. She is listed under Erie County, New York. Hope this helps if but a little.
