I've "rescued" an old photograph of Hattie L. SHERMAN which was taken at the S. E. Spaulding Studio in Springville, New York. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1860's or 1870's with Hattie likely in her teens or 20's at the time it was taken. Thanks to the assistance of a SHERMAN Family Researcher I was able to gather the following information regarding Hattie: Hattie L. SHERMAN b. 9 Sept 1855 in Clifton Springs, NY, married Frederick H. WIRTH on 26 Mar 1885. I am hoping to locate someone from her family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family.
